M5- 10mm or 12mm Socket Head Bolts
Walls are 6mm Thick- -- Brackets are in there Printing Position

These are Tough Brackets designed for 3d printing so the weakness of the FFF process has been taking into consideration when designing them --

The great thing about using them is you can get a Precision Dimension to your frame without the need for Precision cuts on the Aluminium Profile,,, a 3mm error can easily be compensated for—

Use a pieces of wood/aluminium cut to the internal size as a measuring/pressure stick when bolting together ,,,you will get far better dimension accuracy then trying to use a Tape Measure or a Ruler,,,just cut the internal measuring sticks 4cm shorter than the actual size you need
to compensate for the thickness of 2 aluminium Beams

There are small changes in each of the brackets Design and the amount of Bolt Holes they have to allow for different circumstances----
