Weapon Rack with Arms

Scaled weapons to fit on rack, rotated rack pieces, removed bars from rack (because printing long thin cylinders is dumb when filament comes in long thin cylinders).

EDIT (20170601): Rack was non-manifold - fixed, arms were too thin (2mm->4mm).
