MOUNTING SET FOR HIWIN MGN 12 LINEAR RAILS | HYPERCUBE

I was very unhappy with all the designs that I tested for the z-Axis. The original design was not stiff enough and the design with thicker rods and igus bearings that I made was not working at all due to the extreme breakaway torque and a nasty stick-slip effect.

With the new design I am very happy, that is why I want to share it with you. I bought a Set of Chinese Copy HIWIN MGN 12 Rails 400mm long for 40 Euros, threw the bearings away and bought two original MGN12H Linear Bearings for 60 Bucks. They work very well on the chinese rails.
