Description
I realized that my laserhead was too high and so the laser beam didn't hit the middle of the lens when I set the laser beam to the middle of the entry hole. So I decided to design a new laser head and plate for my k40 with some new features.
I implemented a crosshairholder for beam alignment, a holder for a laserpointer and an air assist. Furthermore I always found it quite annoying to disassemble the laserhead in order to be able to clean the lens. That's why I designed a small lensholder that can slide in the head, is locked aftwards and can be removed again without any disassembling.
To screw the lower part to the upper part I used M3 screws. I had to file down the lens holder a bit to get a good fit. The print is eiher for lenses with 12mm or 19mm diameter and focus of 50,8mm
