A simple Lithography box with 3 variations of text on top (No text, Live Love Laugh, Where there is light there is love). Example Lithophane included with help files.
Easy to replace images or candle inside by just lifting the top of and sliding new images in.
How to make the Lithophanes:
- Create an square image of 10 cm with a white rim of 0.5 cm on each side. Total should be 11 cm in both directions. If you have Photoshop I created an easy drop in file for you to use with the correct proportions. If you don't have Photoshop you can look at the example file I added to create your own.
- Add thickness in your prefered 3d program or online converter. The easiest (and free) way I found was to use Cura and to just drag and drop the image in. The most important settings are the width and depth of 11 cm, and a base of 0.5 mm. Also make sure that "Darker is higher" option is set. You can set Height yourself depending on how much contrast you want, and I would recommend not using any smoothing.
- Now print 4 lithophanes and slide them into the box and you are ready to go.
