Spiral vase soda can cooler

A simple hollow can cooler / can coozy or whatever you call them. Fits a standard north american soda can (2.6 inch diameter). May also hold beer cans :)

I created this design to experiment with "spiral vase" printing, where the printer builds upwards in a spiral instead of printing layer by layer. There's a 1mm base on the bottom of the can that's printed "normally", everything above that is printed as a spiral vase.

The STL files look like a solid can (and that's what they are) but once you load it into your slicer and preview it in spiral vase mode, which takes off top surfaces and removes infill, it'll make sense.

I've uploaded two files. The "spiral" one was the first attempt at a can cooler, it fits the can beautifully but doesn't really do much to impede vertical airflow against the outside of the can. The "zigzag" one may better in theory, but it's a tigher fit on the can as it's much less "springy".

There's probably all sorts of random/fun patterns you could come up with.
