Description
I have blown-up internal triac speed controller in my chinese "dremel".
I tried to repair by replacing triac & dinystor, but no luck.
So easiest way is to use external ragulator module, i bought one like that: http://www.ebay.com/itm/191019659829
And use old unused wall plug as top cover.
Wire bended 90deg up and secured by nylon holder attached with screw, see upper blind hole.
Update May 2018:
WARNING: module was burn off (with short circuit) when i used it with 15W glue gun for a few hours.
Not sure why it burns, because i used dimmer with that tool several times without a problem.
