Filament Spool Hub For 608 Bearings

Spool hub spindle in 70 mm, 75 mm, 90 mm and 105 mm overall lengths. Designed for 2x 608 bearings (22 mm OD bearing). 13mm diameter hole through the spindle. Spindle and cap are self centering for 40-60 mm diameter spool openings.

The 70 mm spindle works well for eSun, 75 mm spindle for Hatchbox and 105 mm for Prusa sourced spools. The cap is interchangable. The washer is to maintain separation of the spools for optimal spinning.

If you're unsure which spindle to print, either measure the width of your spool for approx sizing or 1) print the cap and test fit to the spool center 2) measure the distance the cap extends from the side of the spool 3) double that and add to the spool width to determine minimum spindle length.

In my filament dry box I use a 5/16" threaded rod (~M8 rod) with these hubs, my 608 BB bearings (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2418959), printed washers and rod clips.
