Replacement Mailbox Door

This mailbox door replacement was printed in PETG and then painted. The paint provides UV protection and makes it look good. The door does not have numbers but can be easily added if desired. I recommend using ether PETG or ABS. The door size is 8.25 in tall x 8 in wide x 1/4 in thick.

Mounting hardware:
-Two Spacer 1/4 inch diameter x 1/4 long.
-Two Pop Rivets 1/8 in. diameter x 3/8-1/2 in. Grip range ( which are about 3/4 in. long ).
-Ten Washers 1/8 inch .

Assembly instructions:
-Insert 1/4 inch spacers.
-Paint door.
-Remove handle from old mailbox door and install in new door.
-install new door in mailbox. I put washers everywhere, two on the outside, two on the inside and one on the inside between door and mailbox. Then crimp pop rivets and enjoy.
