Da Vinci PRO E3D V6 Carriage: Single/Dual Extrusion

THIS IS THE FINAL VERSION! ((COMING SOON: ULTRA NARROW VERSION!!!!)
It uses LM8UU Bearings. The 4 holes are 15mm (14.95) diameter and 15mm wide!

NOTE: The END STOP tab works GREAT, and will need trimmed because it's too long, and ALSO, MAY NEED TO BE PAINTED WITH A PAINT MARKER to function properly so that light CANNOT pass through!

FYI, this fits 8mm rails (with LM8UU bearings) spaced 70mm apart.
The rail track is horizontal.

SINGLE AND DUAL EXTRUSION CARRIAGES
for Da Vinci 1.0 / 2.0 ? / PRO Printers with a Bowden setup.
For 1 or 2 E3D V6 hotends
The SPACING BETWEEN DUAL HOTENDS is 25mm !
Dual Setups only work with Arduino/RAMPS setups, not with the original Pro board.

Requires 75-80mm x M3 bolts (quantity 2)
LM8UU bearings (x4)
ONE small zip tie to hold the belt to the carriage.
PLEASE PRINT ALL CLAMP PIECES "OPEN" SIDE UP!!!! ('U' on top)

A cooling fan of about 40-50mm should easily adapt to the front.... 12V for RAMPS 1.4 setups.

With the Dual E3D V6 setup, the left side is slotted, and Z-axis is adjustable in comparison with the fixed right side. Adjust before tightening.
