Concave Footpads for Onewheel+

Use #10-32 inserts (https://www.mcmaster.com/90016a021) to capture the front screws. They should be heated with a soldering iron before screwing them in from the top, or else the slot might strip before they go all of the way in. It seems like overkill, but they will never spin free like the inserts in the stock footpads, making it impossible to remove the bumper. These will fit a Onewheel V1 with the addition of OW+ bumpers.
