This is a 3D printed fume extractor for a ZALMAN CNPS10X OPTIMA 120mm CPU fan I had lying around. May fit similar CPU fans.
Required:
- 120mm CPU fan (ZALMAN CNPS10X OPTIMA 120mm)
- Carbon filter (Carbon Filter, ESD, Activated, 5pk for Hakko/Xytronic/Aoyue Smoke Absorber)
- 12VDC power supply/wall wart (try ebay, AC 100-240V DC 12v 1A 1000mA)
- 2x 2.54 pin header
- AC wire plug with switch (from an old lamp)
- Cable ties or twist ties
[OPTIONAL LAMP]
- LED driver (try ebay, 3W LED driver AC 85~265V 700mA output 3v - 6v)
- LED (Nichia 219B 4500k high-CRI on 14mm all copper MCPCB star)
- Heatsink aluminum 38mm x 17mm x 11.5mm
- Aluminum foil
- double sided sticky tape
- Glue, could be CA/superglue
This might not be super useful to you since it's modeled for some specific spare parts I had lying around.
