50mm Fan Fingersaver

Hate that buzzing noise when you accidentally touch the blades of that super-speedy mag-lev fan? Is the tip of your nose now slightly shorter than yesterday? Do I have a solution for you!

This is a fingersaver for a 50mm fan. Parametric file (solvespace, free oss) included in case your fan is slightly different.

Pros:

• Fingers are not eaten by fan
• Fan blades do not contact heat sink
• All sorts of things stop intersecting the high velocity fan blades

Cons:

• Fingernails no longer trimmed automatically
• Retaining fingerprints may increase risk of capture by police
• Slightly fewer surprises during the day, may promote sleepiness around 3D printers
