3D printable Salmon Trolling Fender

Salmon fenders are extremely expensive for what they are - a piece of plastic that flops around that sorta looks like a school of fish, meant to attract salmon to the bait presented in the terminal tackle a few feet beyond the dodger. These things are $10-20 a pop and are usually just a bent piece of acrylic with some stickers attached. Printing these out of glow in the dark PLA makes them extremely inexpensive and adds an attractant in the manufacturing process.

Initially I attempted to model the bending of the fender into the design and printing, but this added unnecessary complexity. It's preferable to print the part as a simple flat solid, then use the benefit of thermoplastic as a medium to 'massage' the ends of the dodger into it's final, water-floppy shape.
