Spring-loaded Replicator 1 Drive Block - remix

This is a derivation of the "Spring-loaded Replicator 1 Drive Block" by ivc. There was also another remix from this same designs which I liked the levers better. But from the original prefer the easy to remove tab for the motor opening; Also the other remix alignment from bearing to extruder gear seems to be 1mm off (at least for me);

Changes:

1. Remove bearing pivot as it broke for me a few times, replaced with a 2.5mm screw-hole and using 10mm M3 screw.
2. Change the lever end, using the other remix and fuse the lever part only, leaving everything else intact.
3. On cover made conical opening for bearing screw.
