Description
Onewheel Fender with magnetic attachment.
You will need-
Threaded heat inserts #10-32

Use a soldering iron to heat the inserts and push them into the holes in the corners of the fender.

8x #10 3/8” Screws to screw the magnets onto the fender and rails.
This will need a 12" bed. You can print the center and 2 edges, or the center with 1 edge attached if you have >210mm in Z. The edges need support.
The fender in the photos was printed with Esun transparent blue PETG. The translucent quality comes from printing at 260C and 1 wide perimeter, leaving a thin hollow inside. The underside is backed with fiberglass, but the top is still prone to cracking due to the hollow. It would be stronger with solid infill, but not as pretty. S3D v4 has single perimeter infill for thin walls, which is well suited to this.
