Description
This is not a remix of the referenced Shutdown Timer Thing, but rather just the cover for the FRM01 timer board. While I like the Shutdown Thing, the thought of having the timer, even inside the printer enclosure, with exposed 110V terminals sounded like a bad idea. So this Thing adds terminal covers to the FRM01 timer enclosure used there.
While I wasn't planning to rework anything else, the enclosure was also too tight for my FRM01, and the holes didn't match very well, so I reworked those a bit too. I suspect the timers may come from several Chinese manufacturers, so it's possible that the hole positions vary between them.
I also added some mounting holes inside the bottom cover, so that the timer could be mounted on a surface with screws. Those holes are positioned so that the screw heads are beneath a low-voltage flat surface of the timer board; an added interference block prevents the timer board from being inserted in a reversed position, which would place high voltage pins near the screw heads.
