A Buddy wanted the 2D image made into 3D. My Simple/Quick answer. (I don't know much about the game)
Print each piece flat, no need for supports.
Wings -> Glow -> CircleBG ->SunGlow -> CicleSM ->Body -> BodyTop -> Stand
