Description
So, one of my old pedals broke and I decided to design a new one. This is the third version I did, and I'm pretty satisfied with it. It was printed with nylon for extra strength. I also tested it on my bike, even standing up on the pedals alone and it supports my weight well, without cracking or anything (I weigh about 95 kg ≈ 210 lbs).
It takes a bit getting used to, since it's a bit narrower that standard pedal platforms, but you'll get the hang of it pretty fast :)
I also included a rendering to show what it should look like and the fusion 360 file in case you want to make changes.
Print standing up, with the axle insertion point at the bottom (the rounded part). It's easier to print it like this than having to rely on supports if you're printing it flipped.
