Replacement cap for a WSDCAM no. 255 Cable Tester.

The cable tester that came with my IP camera test set wouldn't fit in the box I bought for everything. The cable tester was about 10mm too long. So I made a replacement cap that is 10mm shorter.
This is for the No. 255 Cable Tester.
