CR 10 Extruder Clamp

Je trouve que le ressort livré avec l'extrudeur est difficile à serrer, d'autant que le passage du fil ne se fait pas toujours ou on voudrait...
Donc, j'ai imaginé ce petit levier, qui permet d'enfiler le fil plus facilement.
Il est compatible avec le guide-fil que tout le monde connaît et utilise (recherchez "Creality CR-10 Filament Guide", merci à Greg191134).

Il est essentiel d'imprimer 100% de remplissage, et avec des couche de 0.1, en raison de l'emmanchement du le levier dans l'axe. Je n'ai pas fait de post-traitement, mis à part un ébavurage rapide et une goutte d'huile entre l'axe et le support. Imprimé avec du filament Octofiber.
Attention, une fois le levier clippé dans l'axe, il est presque impossible de le démonter.

Bien sûr, vous devrez trouver une tête hexa M3 x 25 à vis cylindrique en acier inoxydable. Mais notre copain Aliexpress est là, pour ça, n'est-ce pas?

I find that the spring of the standard extruder is difficult to maintain, especially because the loading of the filament does not always happens as you would like ...
So, I imagined this small lever, which allows to pass the filament easily.
It is compatible with the filament guide that a lot of users know and use (search for "Creality CR-10 Filament Guide", Thanks to Greg191134).

It is essential to print at 100% infill, and layer 0.1, because of the fitting between the lever and the axis. I did'nt do any post treatment, except for a quick deburring and a drop of oil between the axis and the support. Printed with Octofiber filament.
Carefull! Once you clip the lever into the axis, it will be very difficult to separate them...

Of course, you will have to find a stainless steel screw, cylindrical head hexa M3 x 25. But our buddy Aliexpress is there, is'nt it ?.
