Due to the specific print requirements required to print a successful Ultra cage and Wheels we have now opened a Etsy store. Purchasing from this store you can be assured a HIGH quality product .. Not some cheap disappointing rubbish.
Also a complete drop in kits including the cage and wheels are also available to those who are looking for a simple drop in kit.

You can buy machined wheels from the below links.
The benefits of machined wheels is better roundness better Balance and therefore quieter running.

Assemble Procedure...(For Gen3)
Install motor into the cage. If the motor is hard to push into the cage flip the Wheel upside down and us it to push the motor down.
Aline the Wheels vent hols with the motors vent holes
If you're unable to tighten the motors bolts without the wheel spinning then insert something into the Wheels vent holes to lock it against the motors vent holes.
There are different versions of the wheels like 8.0,8.5,9.0,9.5 .These numbers related to the maximum distance between the wheels. This therefore means that 8.0 will squeeze the dart more than 9.5 .. In common "Nerf" terminology the lower the number the greater the "Crush"
Print Infill
The lighter the wheel the better the spinup time will be. Therefore i would recommend low Printing infills of around 25%
Z Seam Alignment
This must be set to Random when printing the wheels to ensure better weight balance and roundness.
X.X G3 2205.STL
These are compatible with Gen3 Cages ONLY
The numbers refers to the Widest part between the wheels. Therefore a Lower number results in higher crush (more grip) .
G4 V G4.5
G 4.5 wheels blow 53% more air through the motors windings and therefore drastically reducing motor temps.. This will reduce the chance of cage or wheel melt downs due to excessive heat build up.
Personally i would not use G4 wheels ever again but i have left them available for download anyway.
G4.6
G4.5 have improved cooling over G4.5
G 4.6 are directional wheels. This means it's extremely important which direction the wheels are turning to ensure air is blown into the motors.
The STL files have "CCW" or "CW" in the names. This means that the motor needs to be turning in the appropriate direction . Normally the top motor turns CW while the bottom moter turns CCW
