Rostock Max V3 - E3D Hotend Platform

This hotend platform was designed to accomplish a couple things.

1. Ease of maintaining/replacing the hotend without significant disassembly
2. Using stock E3D parts (or knockoffs) and parts which could be salvaged from the original HE280 platform

In the Assembly Instructions PDF, I use the stock HE280 accelerometer cover, but I actually prefer this Accelerometer Cover. I have not made a translucent one, but will do so as soon as I have a need to mount that type of filament.

Hopefully other folks will produce some enhancements like better fan mounts or an LED light ring as done by Djkirkendall.

Design suggestion are welcome.
