I designed this light to fit inside a 110 mm PVC pipe. The length of the pipe is 206 mm.
I spray painted it black with a high heat resistant paint. It does reach 50 degrees at the led side of the pipe.
The entire assembly is held together with 2 x 6 mm threaded rods of 192 mm lengths.
I used 4 of M3 x 10 mm self tappers to fix the internals to the pipe.
The cooling fan and heatsink is a Deepcool CK-AM209.

The barn doors uses 4 of M3 x 40 mm cap screws with self locking nuts.
The mount parts 3 & 4 uses 2 of M3 x 16 mm cap screws with nuts.
All parts are printed at 100%, but you can change that to suite your needs.
I would suggest to print the led panel solid to handle the heat.
I used a 6 mm tap to thread the holes on the led panel for the M6 threaded rods.
I have also included a guide frame to help with the drilling of the mounting holes.
It uses all the mounting fittings from my other designs so I have not included it.
