CR-10 E3d V6 Hot end Modular Fang

This is my Remix of a couple CR-10 upgrades with a Couple of my own thrown in. This design fits the stock 40mm fan, a 4020 radial fan, and an LJ12A3-4-Z-BX inductive sensor. (optional), and a 400nm laser https://www.gearbest.com/other-tools/pp_391937.html (optional). I will add the needed changes in marlin for the inductive sensor for those who can't figure it out a little later because i'm trying to type with one hand and hold my fussy daughter with the other haha. but in short it'll be offset by 48mm in the X direction. For those who have a glass bed I recommend putting foil tape over one side and then a build sheet like LokBuild over that so that you can get a good build and sensing surface. Hope you enjoy!!
