Cable car track and stations

This summer i was on holiday in st. gilgen in austria. In this town you find the zwolferhorn. This a cable car line in Austria. I look at this car ad think i can make this semi scale. So when i was home i start to drawn. It is the first semi-scale thing i make so don't be to hard on me.

The project is still under construction, the cable car's are not going very smooth on the pole's. If someone has an idea to solve this problem, let me now. If you have other comment's ore problems let me also now, i will try to help where i can.

Extra material.:
You need 12 bearings from the type 623zz. These are used in the pole's and pully's.
As a motor i used the small dc motor from amazon. You can feed this with 2 small AAA batteries in a holder. The cable for the motor you can feed thru a spare box in the under station. If you not glue the roof on you can power on by just stick in the batteries.

M3 set screws and M3 hexagonal bolts. with some nuts to screw.

Under station.:
You just print every part an fit it with the bearings, motor and pully's. I used some rubber band's to connect the 2 puly's. If you not glue the roof, u can use the battery box on the side of the house.

Cabine.:
Print the cabine, handle bars, bumpers, arm and hook. The best whey to rint the handle bars is with the bur op. You printer need to print a very small surface but with mine is works good. Than you glue the parts to the cabine. The hook and arm you connect whit a piece of 1.75 mm filament. At the ends you meld it a little so that the hinge don't fell out. Now the cabine can rotate free from the hook. In the hook you need to put a m3 set screw. After that you can feed the wire thru the gap and fix the wire with the m3 screw. You can connect also the 2 ends of the wire like this.
The hook printing is verry hard to do. It is so small that s3D things it is in inch and give you a message. Just ignore the message and try to find a good position to print it.

upper station.:
The station fits more or less the same as the under station, only on this one i put a clamp on the base. Mine is clamped on the wood box around my window, but i think that every wood from less than 18mm will possible to clamp on.
