CR-10 / Tevo Tornado x-axis-tensioner, x Achsen Spanner, with bearing

Wer sich diesen Achsen-Spanner https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2417659 gedruckt hat, wird festgestellt haben, dass der Riemen nicht mehr an der rechten Seiten, sondern jetzt an der linken Seite des Profils schleift und Geräusche verursacht.
Mit dieser kleinen Verbesserung ist das vorbei.
Am besten druckt man es mit Support vom Tisch aus und auf der Seite liegend, damit die Schichtenin Laufrichtung des X-Achsen Riemens zeigen.
Man kann das Druckteil einfach in das Profil schieben oder man schneidet sich M5 Gewinde und befestigt es mit einer Schraube, was ungewollte Vibrationen verhindert.

After printing this x-Axis Tensioner https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2417659, you will have mentioned, that the now belt scratches on the left side of the x-axis-profile and make annoying sounds. To avoid that, I made this little thing.
The best way to print it ist to let it lay on the side with support from the printing table. if you print it that way, the layer are in the same direction like the way the belt is moving.
You can easily put it into the profile or you make a M5 metric thread and tighten it with a screw to reduce vibrations and possible sounds.

Now with bearing, using a MF 105 (5104) with flange and a new endstop holder.
