Scrabble Spinner Bearing

This is a bearing or spinning platform that allows players to rotate the game board around easily when playing.

The Scrabble top version is modeled to fit the plastic-injection molding underneath of "TileLock Super Scrabble" Therefore check which version you have and what it looks like underneath. I've included a plain top section if you want to make your own custom version or mount the board with glue or something.

It does use metal ball bearings for support (4 or 8 spherical bearings). It will work with a range of bearing sizes. The ones I used were 10.5mm in diameter but you can go a hair smaller and at least 3mm larger probably.

Once you've printed out the bottom section, Find something grippy such as general-purpose rubber matting and cut out and glue that to the bottom. If you don't make the bottom grippy it will probably slide around. Everything is really solid on mine after I used some rubber matting.
