S hook hanger

Why

I bought a horizontal bar to hang my (empty) camera bags from, but forgot to buy the hooks that go with it.
Rather than go back to the store I spent way more time designing and printing the hangers myself.

I ended up printing mine with PETG at 60% size, 3 perimeters, 15% infill and 3 top/bottom layers and they hold up just fine.

Features

• Can accomodate a 40mm diameter bar at 100% scale
• Designed for strength (chamfered edges make it stronger...I think)
• Can be scaled up or down in your slicer to accomodate other bar sizes
• Shaped like an "S" (I'm really stretching the features here)

Instructions

• Print it in PETG with multiple walls and slow speed to get the strongest part.
• Print without a fan to get the strongest part.
• No supports required
• Prints fine at 0.3mm layer height, but lower heights should work just as well.

As always the original design file (fusion360) is included, so feel free to improve it (or learn from it)!
