Summary

My daughter got some tupperware ECO bottles for school, but these were only with the drinking cap, which is not usable for water with gas as the pressure opens the cap and the liquid will flow out of the bottle.
So I decided to design a cap for the tupperware ECO. I made it for the german version (500ml), but on the bottle there is a stamp which says 16oz. Because of that I am of the opinion, that you can use the cap in the US too.
Don't use PLA! PLA is not flexible enough and also will get soft in the dishwasher! Always use material wich complies to the Regulation on Plastic Food Contact Materials!
I recomment PETG from extrudr.
The design regars the FFF process and has an optimal fit: it is easy to screw and a thight fit.

Otherwise you need support and the cap will not close the bottle as the surface is rough!<br>Because of the thread, you have to print it at least with 0,1mm layerheight. Post-Printing

Cleanup after printing

            <div><p>You should cleanup the thread after printing for easy use. If it's too rough, it will hurt the plastic of the bottle. I sanded the thread a little bit at the end (just 1 to 2 rounds) and washed the cap with a toothbrush.</p></div>
