The sony a6300 and a6500 are notorious because of their infamous overheating issues, the use of an external monitor or the remote screen from the playmemories app usually consumes more battery and ends up overheating the device.
With this custom mirror will not affect battery life in any way, the only downside would be the specular image and the metadata will be backwards.

Two small rubber supports to prevent any kind of scratch or damage to the camera body as well as to ensure a perfect fit and additional grip.
