Description
Use this to accurately calculate the ideal steps per mm for your printer. (X- and Y- Axis)
How to:
2.Measure the length while not removing part from the printbed
3.calculate new steps per mm:
(150mm*current stepspermm) / measured length
4.Put your new steps per mm value into your software.
If you do not understand step 3:
multiply 150mm with your current step per mm value and divide that trough the measured length.
Of course you print it two times, one time to calibrate your x axis and the other one to calibrate your y axis.
