After several prints the best settings we found are:
Reduce to 0% infill; but
Increase the wall thickness to 1.2mm (3 walls if you are using 0.4 nozzle); increase the top and bottom thickness from two as well (don't worry about overhangs, the travel distance are so near your printer bridging can surely handle);

• most important: remember to turn combing -> no skin to on for better bottom surface. ;)

I like to see this Flexi-Rex wiggle,
so I made a slightly modification (by padding a small hole at the back of its head)
to let it wiggle (or shake) behind my bag when I am travelling.

I tried printing with 80% scale, work great too!

Do have a look at my print setting before print.
