Alle hier gezeigten Umbauten geschehen auf EIGENE Gefahr, ich bin für keinerlei Schäden verantwortlich.
Bevor ihr anfangt, zieht ALLE Stromkabel ab und berührt beim Umbau KEINE BAUTEILE auf der Plantine.IHR VERLIERT jegliche GARANTIE sowohl für den Drucker als auch das Netzteil.
Verlötet und crimpt die Anschlusskabel sorgfältig, achtet darauf keine offenen Kontakte zu haben, nutzt Schrumpfschläuche oder Isolierband für Elektro-Installationen.
Schaut euch ALLE BILDER genau an.
Das Netzteil wird komplett demontiert und OHNE Metallgehäuse wieder eingebaut, achtet dabei auf die ZUSÄTZLICHEN Kühlkörper und das eine Isolierung mittels Wärmeleitpad zwischen Kühlkörper und Dioden ÜBERALL gegeben ist.
UNERFAHRENE BASTLER SOLLTEN VON DIESEM UMBAU ABSTAND NEHMEN!

Before you start UNPLUG EVERY CABLE and DO NOT TOUCH ANY COMPONENT within the power supply.
By making this reconstruction you LOSE EVERY WARRANTY for your printer and your power supply.
Be careful while wiring, use soldering and crimping as well as shrink tubes and tape for electrical installations. DON´T let any contact open oder without insulation.
Look up EVERY PICTURE CAREFULLY
You gonna disassembly the whole power supply and just apply the ciruit board, WITHOUT metal chassis. Watch for your extra cooling and that the heat sink is insulated from the diodes via thermal pad.
UNEXPERIENCED TINKERER SHOULD NOT MAKE THIS RECONSTRUCTION!

Anmerkungen/Notes:
Ich empfehle den C14 Setcker zu nutzen, da er eine Sicherung besitzt, besser sitzt und beleuchtet ist. Das Mosfet wird neben den Schalter geschraubt.
I recomment the C14 Switch because it has a fluse, fits better and has a light. The Mosfet mount is next to the switch.
