This is a customizable OpenSCAD design with the default configuration resembling the original Tevo Titan extruder 2040 bracket shipped with the Tevo Tarantula.
The OpenSCAD file can be easily configured to fit other setups, aluminum profiles, etc. using the Open in Customizer button above. See the deviating settings of all provided STL files in the list below.
Provided STLs
- Tevo Titan Bracket - Original 2040.stl: A clone of the original Tevo bracket in 2mm thickness. Note that 2mm is the thickness of the original ABS part, but it may be too wobbly when printed.
- Customizer settings unchanged (original scad file)
- Tevo Titan Bracket - Original 2040 - 3mm.stl: Same as above but in 3mm thickness.
- Tevo Titan Bracket - Original 2040 - 4mm.stl: Same as above but in 4mm thickness.
- Tevo Titan Bracket - Rotated 2040.stl: A custom version with the extruder facing up (stepper down), like on the Tevo Tornado (easier feed, shorter bowden) in 2mm thickness.

Notes
- The Tevo Titan Bracket - Rotated 2040.stl is the only one I printed, tested and used.
- I would most likely print the 3 or even 4mm version now since I expect them to be more sturdy and less wobbly. Though I never tested these versions myself, the 4mm rotated version was printed by ironval, he posted his make in the comment section, so I assume they work as intended.
- The 3-4mm version use a generally increased material thickness (affects all wall parts), so be aware that this will also increase the distance between stepper and titan (compared to the original one) so make sure that your screws are not on the short side. Same goes for the screws used to attache the bracket to the profile.
