Nasa space wrench Kit

Here is our kit to enhance the Nasa Space Wrench!
The kit is composed by: the Nasa Space Wrench, the unlocker of the wrench and the universal screwdriver joint.

Our universal screwdriver joint is designed to be easly inserted on the wrench pin; once you placed it on the wrench you can use any kind of screwdriver you need.
To secure all the parts, we used two little magnets. The first one is inserted in the pin of the wrench; to do this, we drilled a little hole and then we glued the magnet inside it.
The second magnet was glued inside the squared hole of the universal joint. In this way the screwdriver wouldn’t fall down while using the wrench.

Instructions
We used PLA to print all the kit with a DeltaWASP 20x40 3Dprinter; we used a 0.4 mm nozzle and a 1.75 mm wire.

To print the whole kit we used:

• 0.15 mm layer height
• 1.6 mm shell thickness
• 0.9 mm bottom/top thickness / 0.6 mm for the universal joint
• 35% fill density
• 5 brim lines amount
• 200°C printing temperature
• 50°C bed temperature
