PanelDue 7i & 5i Cases with flexible mounts

WARNING! There have been several people with clone PanelDue 7i units that have had issues with this case not fitting - it seems like the clones have a slightly different screw layout as compared to the genuine Duet3D PanelDues. As such, I suggest printing this only if you've got a genuine Duet3D PanelDue!

Since the PanelDue 7i was still relatively new (as of 2/19/18), there wasn't any cases/mounts available... until now! This case and mount combination is designed to attach securely to 3030-series and 2020-series extrusions while also providing a way of positioning the screen exactly where you want it. The PanelDue itself is held snugly inside of the case, but access to the screen and the connectors on the back of the panel is unrestricted.

EDIT: As of today (4/22/2019) I've uploaded a case designed in a similar style for the PanelDue 5i. This case improves on what I did for the 7i, and includes a opening to access the microSD card if desired. Currently untested though! The 5i case uses the same "Mount_Display", "Mount_Arm" and "Mount_Frame" printed parts as the 7i case does.

What you'll need in addition to the printed parts:

IF YOU'RE PRINTING THE 7i CASE:
M3X30mm screws, qty 4 (used to screw the front and the back half of the case together)
M3X6mm screws, qty 4 (used to screw the mount onto the back of the case. Could be longer [M3X10 should be fine] without running into the back of the PanelDue 7i PCB)
M3 nuts, qty 8.

IF YOU'RE PRINTING THE 5i CASE:
M3X20mm screws, qty 4 (used to screw the front and the back half of the case together)
M3X6mm screws, qty 4 (used to screw the mount onto the back of the case. Could be longer [M3X10 should be fine] without running into the back of the PanelDue 5i PCB)
M3 nuts, qty 8.

PARTS USED FOR BOTH THE 5i AND 7i CASES:
M5x30mm, qty 2 (used to attach the arm to both the back of the case and the extrusion mount)
M5 Hex nuts, qty 2 (used in conjunction with the M5x30mm bolts above)

M5x10mm, qty 2 (used for mounting the bracket to the 3030 extrusion)
M5 T-nuts, qty 2.
