Anet AM8 extruder mount for 2040 extrusions

This is my addition to the glorious AM8 by pheneeny.
Since i am using a bowden setup, i designed this part intended to be mounted on the backside of the top 2040 extrusion.
The mounting plate is angled at 30°, so the tube won't be put under too much stress when printing tall objects. Filament is feeded from the rear, so the placement of the spool should be behind the printer.
The screws are still accessible when mounted to the frame.
Of course this thing should fit all printers with top 2040 extrusions.
Print it with the 4 large holes facing down.

4 x M5x10 Button Head Socket Cap Screw
4 x M5x.8 Square Nut or M5 T-Nut
3 or 4 x M3x10 or M3x12 Socket Head Cap Screw (stock extruder screws should fit, amount depends on your extruder)
