Description
I, like many, wanted to make the same dremel that RCLifeOn made and posted (this is a remix of that). I however, like many, bought the motor RCLifeOn suggested, which ended up being too big. I just designed a bigger casing so that the bigger motor can fit.
DIY Dremel Tool. Some Sanding May be necessary to fit the nozzle onto the dremel body, and you will need to spend some time sanding down the motor shaft in order to fit the copper chuck onto the motor shaft. The build should be relatively simple, and you can use this video for reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPZ4UL3w_HY&t=6s. If you want to make sander by yourself, you will need to buy an aluminum bar and sandpaper. The Aluminum bar will go through one of the collets and the hole in the sanding drum. To input power, cut and strip circular port and connect the two wire ends into the 5A speed controller. You need to superglue the sandpaper onto the drum. Here are the supplies you will need to buy:

P.S. You only need a small portion of the aluminum bar to make the sander.
