Description
I had a look at some of the plier stands because I was trying to tidy my workspace somewhat, and felt they were generally a bit overengineered.
As I'm stubborn and don't like waiting for things to print, I thought I'd make my own that uses vase-mode for a quick print, and hopefully adequately fulfils the "holding things up off the ground" requirement.
Orient as it stands, and if printed in spiral/vase mode you should have a serviceable 5-tool stand. I printed mine with a 0.8mm nozzle at 0.3mm layer heights, but I imagine it would still work on a 0.4, with or without the vase base, as the corregations on the side both align the tools and should strengthen the print.
