Summary

Designed to connect my Vacmaster with 32mm hose to either my CNC dust shoe or my clean-up nozzle. Note that intermediate is off so you can't "split the suck" 50:50.

It's designed for 32mm tube and a specific M3 bolt, but it's all fully parametric so you can tweak the OpenSCAD file as you see fit.

The hose that connects to the vac goes to the tube that has an arrow pointing to it in both positions.

            <div><p>Chase fixing holes with a 3mm drill and push 10mm M3 button head hex screw deep into its fixing hole. If it doesn't hold well, glue it into place. If you don't have such a bolt/screw, then find something else suitable, drill hole out slightly, or edit the OpenSCAD file before printing.rnrnCarefully glue (Methylene Chloride plastic weld cement is good!) the outer base and top together. rnrnChase filament holes in inner with a 1.75mm drill or a 1.5mm hex key, insert filament into the hole on one side, and snip off with maybe 2mm protruding. Test the two inner halves fit together correctly before glueing.rnrnAfter glue all set (seconds with plastic weld), assemble inner into outer making sure the bump in the outer goes into the track on the bottom of the inner, then fit a nut to hold it all together. If your screw is long enough, a nylock is a good idea, or just a drop of thread lock. I used neither!rnrnThe flexi-pipes and the vacuum itself holds everything together, so it's quite forgiving, but you don't really want leaks.rnrn</p></div>
