Description
As it is stated in the original: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2808979
Covers for children intravenous bags. A child-friendly version for a best treatment.
"If you take this, you will be as strong as batman". That's the idea
The piece is big. (34cm x 20cm) It is designed in two independent parts and then you can join it with screws or glue.
For this remix I traced the original stls, and made FreeCAD files for it, so it can be edited with the tools of the FOSS community. Small changes have been made to assure printability.
Note: Although I'm fairly sure the model is OK, I'm still making adjustments as I print.
Parts have been already oriented to be printed easily.
The box is printed it two stls, that combines the two halves of each half of the box. This way, you don't have to use support material.
The FreeCAD file "Box.fcstd" has an object called "SIGN" that generates a text sign on the inner part of the box. You can change that, in order to personalize your box. Just beware that you will have to reconfigure the font file, as FreeCAD is unable to find it in the repo.
Although I consider this model finished, I would make these changes for a next version:
