Description
This piece will hold a sewing machine spool in place while in use. The sides are curved to prevent snags and a flexible center to hold in place.
This model was designed for a Brother sewing machine with a 5mm diameter. It should work with any sewing machine by simply scaling to your desired spool pin size. Measure the size of your spool pin and scale using the formula:
Scale % = (Pin Size) x 20
So for example, if your pin size is 6mm, scale this model to 6 x 20 = 120. So scale the model up 120%
I have created four versions small, medium, large, x-large for use depending up your spool size. Typically my wife uses the "Large" size for most of her work.
Small = Diameter 20mm
Medium = Diameter 30mm
Large = Diameter 40mm
X-Large = Diameter 60mm
