Simple Filament Spool

Reduce waste and cut costs by printing your own, re-useable spool and buying refill filament.

Below parts are needed.

• M3 x 10mm screw and nut : 10pcs.
• M3 x 40mm screw and nut : 4pcs.
• M3 butterfly nut : 4pcs.

Filament coil

• Filament coil inner dia. : 80mm / 120mm
• Filament coil outer dia. : 150mm
• Filament coil width : 23mm
• Mounting hole : 36mm

スプール廃棄物が削減でき、安価なコイルタイプのフィラメントを
使うことができるマスタースプールです。

パーツは3Dプリンタでも製作できますが、剛性が足りなければ
板の部分をレーザーカッターなどで切り抜いて作ることもできます。
イラストレーターのアウトラインデータも添付してあります。

別途以下の部品が必要になります。

• M3 x 10mm ネジ、ナット : 10セット
• M3 x 40mm ネジ、ナット : 4セット
• M3 蝶ネジ : 4個

フィラメントコイル

• コイル内径 : 80mm / 120mm
• コイル外径 : 150mm
• コイル幅 : 23mm
• マウント穴径 : 36mm

コイルをはめてセットした後、結束バンドをはずしてください。
