注意:在放置方片螺母的任何管道中不要加支撑,除非您的支撑非常好拆。只需要在两个轴承孔内加上支撑即可。

螺丝:
M3 15mm (4 枚)

螺母:
方片螺母 5.5 * 2.5 (2 枚)
M3 防松螺母 (1 枚)

风扇:
4010 (1 枚)

其他:
TITAN 进程挤出 (1 套)

组装说明:
1.将两个用于锁紧轴承的方片螺母推入方片螺母的管道中,然后放入两枚轴承,再用M3 * 15的螺丝拧紧。

2.将TITAN专用电机推入电机安装孔内。

3.将TITAN挤出套件与电机通过套件内的螺丝固定。(不要拧太紧,否则齿轮转动困难)

4.将电机散热风扇安装于支架顶部。

完成,开始享受进程的乐趣吧!!!

TITAN process extrusion (1 sets)

Assembly Description:

  1. push two square nuts to lock the bearing nuts into the pipe of the square nut, then put two bearings and tighten them with the screws of M3 * 15.

  2. the TITAN special motor is pushed into the installation hole of the motor.

  3. fix the TITAN extrusion kit and the motor through the screws in the kit. (don't tighten it too tight, or the gear turns hard)

  4. the motor cooling fan is installed at the top of the bracket.
