GOG eNMEy body shell

I broke the feed-neck off my eNMEy somehow, so I made a new body shell.

Unfortunately I couldn't get it to print well in one piece. The two parts bolt together with three M3 bolts and nuts. The two parts printed easily with supports only on the build plate. Slic3r generated insufficient supports for the front part, so I used Cura for that one. The assembled piece fits tight to the marker without binding.

• Added a version of the two-piece design without the bolt lugs, in case you want to try a different method of joining the sections.
