Description
This is an eSun filament spool adapter for the CR-10/CR-10S.
The adapter will fit to a spool that has an 52mm ID and 60mm width so may suit other brand filament spools (please comment and let me know!). It is designed to provide some level of modularity in configuration and for future expansion of the design. The individual pieces can be used separately or bolted together in various combinations for ease of use depending on user preferences.
The benefit of this adapter is to provide a more stable spool platform and to raise the spool weight up to the rotational axis, resulting in a much smoother action which makes it easier for the extruder to feed filament.
You will need to print 1 x nut, 2 x spacers and 1 x tube.
A maximum of 9 x M3x10mm socket head screws will be required.
