Hi againz everyone!

This time i developed this thing as a "plugin" to the MyRCCar MTC Chassis, i mean you can plug it without having to re-print some of the existent parts. At last I can do something interesting with my 3CH transmitter!!!

Take a look to the New Video where i try to show the difference between using it ON/OFF, how it changes with channel3 and how it fails to change sometimes. If you want to see the center diff. fully working (not locked) take a look to the Previous Video

The thing works with one moving gear wich connects or disconnects the front and rear central diff. vases. If the car is stopped and you try to connect it you can fail if the gears are not aligned. If you do it while moving slowly it works correctly.

You will need four 5x10x4 bearings, four M4 3-5mm grub screws, one 3x20 mm rod, one M3x8 screw and two counter-sunk M3x16 mm screws, the servo screws and something to join the servo arm with the mechanism, i used part of a "clip". Of course also the 9g microservo.

To mount it, you only have to free the central right bar, plug the new thing, and replace the screws coming from the bottom for 6-8mm longer ones and screw de central side bar again. It's a pitty i did not find a better position by now for the servo so its more protected.

All the gearing is Mod1 and i did it mostly with my own Motor Pinion customizer in combination with my normal cad programs. The servo is a TowerPro 9g microservo i had laying there, i think it's one of the cheapest.

I consider this the "most recent chapter" about the MyRCCar MTC Chassis, so please "read" the rest of the "book" first :S

I know is hard to believe that it works and it will probably need some improvements to make it last, anyway i hope you give it a try when you have your MyRCCar MTC Chassis ready and working.
