High efficiency Extruder Cooling Duct for the Anet A8 Printer

I made this air conveyor after trying all those other makers have proposed. I have seen that the other conveyors have internal holes with very large spaces, this produces a lowering of the air pressure at the outlet of the ventilation holes, with the result that the outlet air pressure is very weak. Many owners of Anet A8 have also replaced the fan of the extruder with a larger size, this to increase the airflow. My project changes the paradigm, ie there is no need to increase the size of the fan, but decrease the size of the internal channels of the speaker, this to increase the air pressure, as well as to direct the air on the extruded material and not on the nozzle with the effect of cooling it. Ho realizzato questo convogliatore d'aria dopo avere provato tutti quelli che altri maker hanno proposto. Ho visto che gli altri convogliatori hanno dei fori interni con spazi molto ampi, questo produce un abbassamento della pressione dell'aria all'uscita dei fori di areazione, con il risultato che la pressione dell'aria in uscita è molto debole. Molti possessori di Anet A8 hanno anche sostituito la ventola dell'estrusore con una di dimensioni maggiori, questo per aumentare il getto d'aria. Il mio progetto cambia il paradigma, ossia non c'è bisogno di aumentare la dimensione della ventola, bensì diminuire la grandezza dei canali interni del diffusore, questo per aumentare la pressione dell'aria, oltre a ben direzionare l'aria sul materiale estruso e non sull'ugello con l'effetto di raffreddarlo. Devo dire che questo mio lavoro mi ha molto soddisfatto, la pressione con cui esce l'aria è impressionante.
