Description
Print the lower part of the LED tower with support.
Super glue the two parts together after wiring it up.
Drill tiny holes in the plastic after inserting the micro USB board.
Screw it down with small screws.
Glue in two magnets.
I have provided a link to the 0.8mm tin i use.
But in case you where wondering, the spool's dimensions are 28.3 x 54.7mm
The PCB vice has chamfered channels and can hold boards up to a thickness of 3.5mm, but there are times where a normal normal PCB vice just won't cut it, so i also made a knurled version as well.
While the super strong magnets holds the things down very well, i also added silicone pads to the bottom of everything to assist in holding them in place. See link below.
